SS-885 neutral silicone curtain wall weather resistant adhesive adopts 100% Dow Corning raw material, One-component RTV, easy operation, Always maintain good elasticity after cured without embrittlement, hardening, Cracking under -50 ºC, and softening,degradation under +150 ºC . Widely used in glass,metal and ceramic curtain wall,concrete, marble,brick and aluminium plate joints sealing. It is ideal sealant. Products meet or even exceed the national standard GB/T14683-2003 and ASTM C 920-01.

Features
1.One-component, easy to use, good extrudability and thixotropy in the temperature range of 4 ° ~ 40 °, can be directly applied by extrusion.
2. Neutral curing, non-corrosive to metals, coated glass, concrete, marble, granite and other buildings, the application is lacking.
3. It has strong anti-displacement ability. For the normal expansion and shear deformation of the curtain wall, this product can maintain the same performance and play an effective sealing role.
4.Excellent weathering resistance, aging resistance, UV resistance, ozone resistance and water resistance.
5. Excellent resistance to high and low temperature. It does not become brittle, hardened or cracked at a low temperature of -50 °C after curing. It does not become soft and degrade at +150 °C, and always maintains good elasticity.
6. Excellent adhesion, which forms a strong bond with most building materials after curing without the need for a primer.
7. Good compatibility with other neutral silicone gums.

Limitations
· Not suitable for all greases. A plasticizer or solvent material, such as a painted surface.
· Not suitable for frosted or wet surfaces.
· Not suitable for dense and non-ventilated places, because one-component SS-8000 silicone weatherproof sealant needs to absorb moisture from the air to cure.
· Not suitable for continuous drowning or wet places all year round.
· When the surface temperature of the material is lower than 4 ° C or exceeds 40 ° C, it is not suitable for construction.
· Not suitable for copper, galvanized metal surfaces.
